Full Vinyasa Yoga

In the beginning of vinyasa method yoga from Krishnamacharya, before Ashtanga Vinyasa by P. Jois, full vinyasas were used.

In full vinyasa method yoga, the practitioner begins & ends each asana in Samatitihi. Or, does a Surya Namaskar A with an asana in the middle.

This allows for much more focus & repetition of Tristana (unification of bandhas, breath, & drishti) & complete balancing of Ida & Pingala (left & right nostril) allowing for greater harmonization of nervous system.

The physical effects are wonderful as well. A special lightness & effortlessness results from this method, along with greatly improved strength & mobility.

Repetition is the mother of all learning.
