Što kažete na jedan hedonistički otočki yoga escape za kraj ljeta, aka INDIAN SUMMER?
Paška pastorala •
Vodimo vas na prekrasno mjesto na otoku Pagu, uvalu samo za nas, gdje ćemo se četiri dana družiti uz yogu, meditaciju, aktivnosti na moru, ukusnu hranu i pokoju čašu vrhunskog vina!
Ispunjavajuće putovanje na mjestu koje inspirira svojom ogoljenošću i surovošću, ljepota i siromašni krajolik u nama bude divljenje i hrabrost te nas vode u potragu prema našem unutrašnjem kompasu.

Program •

Tri dana ispunjena yogom, pranayamom i meditacijom tik do mora, u uvali samo za nas!
Svakog dana uz yoga praksu radit ćemo i taoističke tehnike koje osnažuju, ozdravljuju i pomlađuju tijelo i duh.
Jutra su rezervirana za kriye, pranayamu, meditaciju te razbuđujuće yoga satove kojima vam želimo pružiti holistički pristup prema sebi samima.
Popodnevima se prepuštamo energiji mjesta i vremena – nit vodilji kroz tematske Vinyasa yoga satove koje ćemo kreirati po trenutnom stanju naših bića
Večeri provodimo družeći se u razgovorima ili Yoga Nidri pod čarobnim zvjezdanim nebom postajući i sami komadić tog veličanstvenog univerzuma.

Voditeljica programa •

Andrea Vidas, ove godine bez Dore ???? ali Vjekoslav će biti logistička potpora ????
Dugogodišnje bavljenje yogom i iskustvo podučavanja te bivanje i povezanost s otokom na koji Vas vodimo, odlučile smo pretočiti u jedno nezaboravno iskustvo.

Andrea •

Certificirana učiteljica Multistyle yoge (YT200), senior učiteljica Vinyasa yoge (YT500), Vinyasa Krama i Moon Sequence učiteljica (RYT300), Aerial BodyMove instruktor te stalno nadograđuje svoje znanje.
Svoje znanje, ljubav i veselje vježbanja dijeli s drugima predano podučavajući yogu već desetak godina, a posljednjih šest godina uspješno vodi Velvet Pepper Studio – mjesto koje okuplja razne entuzijaste željne vježbanja, kretanja, disanja i svih radosti koje život pruža. Njena ljubav prema različitosti ljudi i njihovih tijela odvela ju je na istraživanje terapijskog pristupa yogi koji se proteže kroz sve njene satove: bio to zahtjevan Vinyasa sat ili lagan, rehabilitacijski i spori sat.
Uz sve navedeno, Andrea je i zaljubljenik u terapeutski rad masera. Završila je školu abdominalne masaže te je praktičar CNT-a ( Chi Nei Tsang). Bavi se radom na psoasu, Thai masažom, Oteo- Thai i TOK SEN je terapeut.

Dora •
Certificirana učiteljica yoge (YT 500) koja je svoju obuku završila u GaiaYoga školi, uz to je i certificirana učiteljica prenatal/postnatal yoge. Zaljubljenica je u dinamične stilove, ali i istraživanje svih aspekata nas samih, pa tako svoju praksu proširuje kroz Rocket Yogu i Bowspring (Sridaiva) i Aerial yogu. Nit vodilja kroz Dorine satove je spoznaja vrijednosti i snage koju nosimo u sebi samima, pa uz njenu neugasivu vedru narav, i najizazovnija asana postaje samo korak na putu prema svima najdražoj Savasani – i to s osmijehom na licu!

Hiking Meditation •

Kada ste se posljednji gledali zalazak sunca s namjerom da taj trenutak dočekate na najvišoj točki otoka s pogledom na prekrasan jadranski arhipelag i masivan i moćan Velebit?
Kada smo vani i kada planinarimo – njegujemo osjećaj radosti i mira koji jednostavno vrlo rijetko doživljavamo negdje drugdje!
Penjemo se na najvišu točku otoka Paga i planinareći pronalazimo meditaciju u pokretu kao prirodno stanje svojeg bića!
Kajakarenje u paškoj uvali •
Bajkovit ugođaj mjesečevog krajolika paške uvale oduševljava svakoga prevladavajućim kontrastom nebesko-morskog plavetnila i kamene bjeline.
Čaroliji pejzaža i pogled na bijele, gole stijene i plaže ljepota je koja je mnogima glavni razlog dolaska na otok Pag. Ljupkost skrovitih uvala i čarolija zanimljivih oblika obalnog stijenja zovu nas da istražujemo krajolik s morske površine.
Šetnja Lunjskim maslinicima •
Na području Luna, na samom sjeveru otoka Paga, nalaze se lunjski maslinici. Oni već stoljećima predstavljaju netaknuti i najegzotičniji kutak Mediterana. Prirodne samonikle masline simbol su dišpeta prema buri, kamenu i čovjeku, i tako već cijelo tisućljeće.
Ima li ljepšeg završetka ovog yoga retreata od onog s čašom vrhunskog vina uz zalasak sunca i tradicionalna jela?

Pregled & Sadržaj:
Yoga, Pranayama & Meditacija ~ Satovi yoge primjereni su svim polaznicima – od početnika do najnaprednijih. Stručno vodstvo i terapeutski pristup kroz višegodišnje iskustvo podučavanja stvorili su nam preduvjet da pružimo pristup koji omogućuje individualnu prilagodbu svakom vježbaču kroz verbalne upute, hands-on asistencije i konzultacije uoči početka sata.

SMješteni smo u Girenici, uvali samo za nas!
U neposrednoj blizini mora smo u osamljenoj uvali, okruženi suhozidima, smiljem i paškim maslinicima!
Hrana ~ Obroci će biti vegetarijanski i veganski, pripremljeni od svježih i sezonskih sastojaka, a meni je osmišljen od strane našeg chefa Matea i voditeljica programa.
Hrana se priprema od svježih i sezonskih sastojaka kupljenih ponajviše od lokalnih poljoprivrednika. Osigurana su dva obroka dnevno te prije jutarnjeg vježbanja čaj, kava i voće.
Paket ~ Svaki paket uključuje smještaj (2 noćenja, 3 dana), obroke, čaj i voće te cijeli program vježbanja, meditacije i pranayame.
Cijene se razlikuju prema vrsti sobe.

Paška Pastoral • We are taking you to a beautiful place on the island of Pag, a bay just for us, where we will spend four days together with yoga, meditation, sea activities, delicious food, and a few glasses of excellent wine!
A fulfilling journey in a place that inspires with its rawness and harshness, the beauty and the simplicity of the landscape lead us to awe and courage and guide us in the search for our inner compass.
Program •
Three days filled with yoga, pranayama, and meditation right by the sea, in a bay just for us!
Each day, alongside yoga practice, we will also do Taoist techniques that strengthen, heal, and rejuvenate the body and spirit.
Mornings are reserved for kriyas, pranayama, meditation, and invigorating yoga sessions aimed at providing you with a holistic approach to yourselves.
Afternoons are dedicated to the energy of the place and time – the guiding thread through themed Vinyasa yoga sessions that we will create based on the current state of our beings.
Evenings are spent connecting through conversations or Yoga Nidra under the magical starry sky, becoming a part of that magnificent universe ourselves.

With years of practicing yoga and teaching experience, as well as a deep connection to the island we are taking you to, we have decided to transform all that into an unforgettable experience.
Andrea • certified Multistyle Yoga teacher (YT200), senior Vinyasa Yoga teacher (YT500), Vinyasa Krama, and Moon Sequence teacher (RYT300), Aerial BodyMove instructor, continually expanding her knowledge.
She shares her knowledge, love, and joy of practicing with others, passionately teaching yoga for over a decade and successfully leading Velvet Pepper Studio for the past six years – a place that gathers various enthusiasts eager for exercise, movement, breath, and all the joys that life offers. Her love for the diversity of people and their bodies led her to explore the therapeutic approach to yoga, which spans through all her classes, whether it’s a demanding Vinyasa class or a gentle, rehabilitative, and slow one.
In addition to all that, Andrea is also a lover of therapeutic massage work. She has completed the abdominal massage school and is a practitioner of CNT (Chi Nei Tsang). She practices work on the psoas, Thai massage, Osteo-Thai, and TOK SEN.
Dora • Certified yoga teacher (YT 500) who completed her training at GaiaYoga school, also certified in prenatal/postnatal yoga. She is a lover of dynamic styles but also curious about exploring all aspects of ourselves, so she expands her practice through Rocket Yoga, Bowspring (Sridaiva), and Aerial Yoga. The guiding thread through Dorine’s classes is the realization of the value and strength we carry within ourselves, so with her unquenchable cheerful nature, even the most challenging asana becomes just a step on the way to everyone’s favorite Savasana – and with a smile on your face!

Highlights:
⛰️ Hiking Meditation • When was the last time you watched sunset with the intention of witnessing that moment from the highest point of the island, overlooking the beautiful Adriatic archipelago and the massive and mighty Velebit mountain?
When we are outside and hiking – we nurture a sense of joy and peace that we simply rarely experience anywhere else!
We climb to the highest point of the island of Pag and, through hiking, find meditation in motion as the natural state of our being!
Kayaking in the Bay of Pag •
The magical atmosphere of the lunar landscape of the Bay of Pag delights everyone with the contrast of the celestial blue and the white stone.
The beauty of the landscape, the view of white, bare rocks, and beaches call us to explore the scenery from the sea surface.
If there is going to be windy, we will go for a hike, different experience but same magical place ????
Walk through Lun’s Olive Groves •
In the area of Lun, in the far north of the island of Pag, the Lun olive groves are located. For centuries, they have been an untouched and most exotic corner of the Mediterranean. The natural wild olives symbolize defiance against the wind, stone, and man, and have done so for a whole millennium.
Is there a more beautiful way to end this yoga retreat than with a glass of excellent wine while watching the sunset and enjoying traditional dishes?

Overview & Content:
Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation ~ Yoga sessions suitable for all participants – from beginners to advanced practitioners. The expert guidance and therapeutic approach through years of teaching experience have provided us with the ability to offer personalized adjustments to each practitioner through verbal instructions, hands-on assists, and consultations before the start of each session.

Accommodation ~ We are located on the northwest side of the island of Pag – in a bay just for us – Girenica.
Close to the sea, we are in a secluded bay surrounded by dry stone walls, immortelle, and olive groves of Pag!
Food ~ Meals will be vegetarian and vegan, prepared from fresh and seasonal ingredients, and the menu is designed by our chef Mateo and program leaders.
The food is prepared from fresh and seasonal ingredients, mostly bought from local farmers. Two meals a day are provided, along with tea, coffee, and fruit before the morning practice.

Package ~ Each package includes accommodation (3 nights, 4 days), meals, tea, and fruit, as well as the entire program of yoga, meditation, and pranayama.
Prices vary depending on the type of room.
