Take my breath away su vježbe disanja, poznatije pod imenom Pranayama. Kako bi poboljšali kvalitetu svog disanja i smanjili loše učinke nepotpunog i kratkog dnevnog daha, odlučili smo jedan sat posvetiti vježbama koje se baziraju na osvještavanju i produljenju daha, akciju koju svakodnevno nesvjesno radimo i koja je neophodna za naš život. Kontrola i produbljenje daha donose brojne zdravstvene dobrobiti: povećava kapacitet pluća, smanjuje toksine u tijelu kao prevencija protiv raznih bolesti, poboljšava koncentraciju te samim time bolje nošenje sa stresnim situacijama i reakcijama, dakle poboljšava se cjelokupno stanje organizma opuštanjem tijela i uma.

Take my breath away are breathing techniques, better known as Pranayama. In order to enhance the quality of our breathing and reduce the adverse effect of incomplete and short daily breath, we have decided to dedicate a class to exercises based on becoming aware of and expanding the duration of our breath, considering that breathing is an essential activity we perform daily and unconsciously. Control and deepening of breath brings significant benefits: increases lung capacity, reduces bodily toxins and prevents different diseases, enhances concentration and strengthens stress coping mechanisms, that is improves the overall body condition by relaxing the body and mind.
