Kako tijelo stari mišići postaju krući, zglobovi gube svoju mobilnost, a povećava se osjetljivost na kronične probleme kao osteoporoza, artritis te srčane bolesti. Yoga pomaže usporiti efekte starenja, a pomoći će zadržati čvrstoću mišića, fleksibilnost zglobova i oštrinu uma.

Vježbanje yoge u ovoj zlatnoj dobi donosi razne dobrobiti:

These benefits do not apply merely to young practitioners, but to all age groups. This is why we decided to dedicate a gentle and safe class to our senior practitioners or to all of those who perceive themselves that way.

As the body ages, muscles become more rigid, mobility of joint reduces, and the proneness to chronic problems such as osteoporosis, arthritis and heart diseases increases . Yoga helps reduce ageing effects, and will help you maintain muscular strength, joint flexibility and sharpness of mind.

Practising yoga in your golden years offers the following benefits:

This is a closed class held 2 times a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00. You may register for the class via e-mail, Facebook, or telephone. If you are feeling adventurous, you may arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.
