Dragon dance is a mixture of classic Indian and Taoist yoga, designed to awaken and stimulate the flow of energy (Prana or Qi) through channelled attention and strong movements. This type of exercise is ideal for a strong practice with a focus on movement awareness, and the Taoist flow awakens our energy and ensures a feeling of tranquility and relaxation after the exercise.
