Duboki rad na psoasu predstavlja jednu od najkorisnijih masaža s dubokim utjecajem na cijelo biće.PSOAS je mišić duše, prvi mišić koji se formira u našem tijelu i jedini je mišić koji povezuje gornji i donji dio tijela.

Psoas je odgovoran za struktura kralježnice da bude čvrsta i uspravna, lociran je u području centra gravitacije tijela (polazi od kralježnice, kroz sredinu trbuha I završava na unutrašnjosti noge)pa je njegova uloga reguliranje balansa, kao i utjecaj na živce i suptilne energije.

Rad na istom pomaže i kod brojnih emotivnih problema budući da je psoas usko povezan sa emocijom staha, naročito kod anksioznosti i depresije.

Masažom abdomena i pažljivim pritiscima psoasa prema točno određenom protokolu navedene traume ponovno se izvlače na površinu i svijesno proživljavaju, a tako “probavljene” otpušataju se iz mišića te on mekša i opušta se što rezultira osjećajem centriranosti, lakoće i sveopćim opuštenim stanjem.

Psoas je često odgovoran i za neravnotežu u tijelu jer je jako osjetljiv na stress, grči nas i skuplja prednji dio tijela te često uzrokuje da nam je tijelo nagnuto u jednu stranu te dovodi do neravnoteže u zdjelici i kukovima.

Deep work on the psoas represents one of the most beneficial massages with a profound impact on the whole being.

The PSOAS is the muscle of the soul, the first muscle formed in our body, and it’s the only muscle that connects the upper and lower parts of the body.

The psoas is responsible for the structure of the spine to be firm and upright, located in the area of the body’s center of gravity (starting from the spine, through the middle of the abdomen, and ending on the inner thigh), so its role is to regulate balance, as well as influence nerves and subtle energies.

Working on it also helps with many emotional problems since the psoas is closely related to the emotion of fear, especially in anxiety and depression.

By massaging the abdomen and applying careful pressure to the psoas according to a precisely defined protocol, traumas are brought back to the surface and consciously experienced again, and once ‘digested’, they release from the muscles, making them softer and more relaxed, resulting in a feeling of centeredness, ease, and overall relaxation.

The psoas is often responsible for imbalance in the body because it is very sensitive to stress, it contracts and pulls the front of the body, often causing our body to lean to one side and leading to imbalance in the pelvis and hips. As it reacts to fear and sudden changes and discomfort, and since the kidneys lie on it, its shortening and burden can also affect the kidneys.
