Yoga swing is a unique form of exercising on a swing that enables stretching, body strengthening, and therapeutic exercises that are, in this way, assisted by gravity. Therapeutic exercise on the swing is ideal for a gentle, passive stretch and elongation of the spine. Inversions on the swing are ideal for everyone who wants to relax muscle tensions and alleviate pain, as gravity increases body and joint circulation, as well as flexibility. Gravity may also assist in strengthening the core, and increasing strength, balance, stability and endurance. It is a complete system that enables the completion of different goals, and all of it with a lot of fun. The class is appropriate for everyone, but since the number of swings is limited, please book your place in time.
