Exercising while using the swing and its handles as counterweight will enable you to build up strength, balance, coordination and flexibility, and all of it with the help of gravity and your body’s position, that enable you to control the level of difficulty of the exercises. After the first, intense part of the class follows stretching and resting in the swing. The class is meant for everyone, and if you decide to take the challenge on, expect a bit of sweat and a lot of fun! TRX inspired!
