Dance Away je zabavan i inovativan oblik rekreacije koji kroz seriju aerobnih i anaerobnih vježbi koristi metalnu (fiksnu i rotirajuću) šipku kao rekvizit. Kroz kombinaciju tehnika iz klasičnih plesova, plesa oko šipke, gimnastike, yoge i pilatesa doživjet ćete cijelo tijelo ali i um na potpuno drugačiji način, povećati mišićnu snagu, izdržljivost, fleksibilnost, te podići samopouzdanje. Sat se sastoji od četiri dijela; u prvom dijelu se zagrijavamo na podu kombinacijom vježbi snage, fleksibilnosti i plesa, nakon čega oblačimo kratke hlačice i izvodimo vježbe snage, rotirajuće i statične elemente na šipci, potom slijedi plesni dio, a na kraju se istežemo. Prethodno iskustvo nije potrebno. Broj polaznica je ograničen, a kako bi mogle neometano izvoditi elemente na šipci, molimo vas da prije treninga ne koristite ulja, losione i slične preparate za tijelo.

Dance Away is a fun and innovative workout that consists of a series of aerobic and anaerobic exercises on a (fixed and spinning) metal pole. Through a combination of classic and pole dance, gymnastics, yoga and pilates techniques you will see your body and mind in a completely different light, increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and build up your self-esteem. The class consists of four parts: during the first part we warm up on the floor with a combination of exercises to increase strength and flexibility, and dancing; after that, we put on shorts and do strength exercises, fixed and spinning pole elements; then comes the dancing part; at the end, we stretch. No previous experience is required. The number of practitioners is limited. We advise you not to use lotions, body oils or similar body products before the class, in order to ensure an unimpeded performance of pole elements.
