Forever Young je osmišljen za sve naše polaznike koji žele ostati mladi, kako duhom tako i tijelom. Da bi tijelo ostalo zdravo, potrebno ga je očistiti od nakupljenih toksina, prokrviti i ojačati, ali na malo blaži način nego u ostalim dinamičkim stilovima. S obzirom na današnji tempo života, sjedenje i način rada, treba sav taj stres izbaciti, ojačati muskulaturu da nam svakodnevni napor postane izdrživ lakoćom koja zapanjuje. Sat je osmišljen za naše malo starije polaznike, sa posebnom pažnjom na jačanje trbušnih i leđnih mišića, mobilnost zglobova te vježbe disanja koje smiruju i pune tijelo kisikom. Program je prilagođen svima koji imaju probleme sa koljenima, kukovima i vratnom kralježnicom, kao i onima koji taj dan odluče malo usporiti.

Forever Young is meant for all our practitioners that wish to remain young in spirit and body. In order to maintain the body’s health, it needs to be cleansed from all accumulated toxins, its blood flow and strength increased, but in way somewhat gentler than in other styles. Considering today’s life pace, sedentary lifestyle and working conditions, the stress these elements provoke needs to be eliminated, muscles strengthened so as to render our everyday lives easier and astonishingly light. This class is designed for our somewhat more experienced practitioners, with a particular focus on strengthening abdominal and back muscles, joint mobility and include breathing techniques that relax and fill our body with oxygen. The programme accommodates all who have knee, hips and cervical spine issues, as well as to those who decide to slow down for one day.
