“Be My Baby” je sat namijenjen trudnicama. Kako je trudnoća je vrijeme velikih promijena na svim planovima: fizičkom, mentalnom i emotivnom planu, yoga pomaže pri osvještavanju i prihvaćanju navedenih promjena. Vježbama koje su posebno osmišljene za trudnice otklanjaju se bolovi u leđima, oticanje zglobova, pospješuje se cirkulacija, spriječava zadržavanje vode i poboljšava probava, umanjuje se mučnina i nesanica, a jogičke vježbe disanja (pranayama) imaju blagotvoran utjecaj na smirenje trudnice, dok bebi donose dovoljno kisika. Sat završavamo opuštanjem i vizualizacijama, koje mogu pomoći i balansiranju hormona te otpuštanju straha. Radi se u malim grupama, kako bi se svakoj trudnici pružilo dovoljno individualne pažnje, utorkom i četvrtkom u 18:30 i petkom  u 11:00-12:00 (moguće i na engleskom). Nađite vremena za sebe, vježbajte, opustite se, izmjenite iskustva s drugim trudnicama i izgradite posve novu vezu s vašom bebom. Prenatal yogu možete početi vježbati nakon 12. tjedna trudnoće. Molimo Vas da o vježbanju obavijestite lječnika koji vodi vašu trudnoću kako biste dobili suglasnost.

“Be My Baby” is a class for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time of significant changes in all areas: physical, mental and emotional, and yoga helps you to become aware of those changes, as well as accepting them. Exercises specifically designed for pregnant women will alleviate back pain and wrist swelling, improve blood circulation, prevent water retention and help indigestion, relieve nausea and insomnia, while yogic breathing exercises (pranayama) will have salubrious influence on pregnant women and, at the same time, supply the baby with sufficient oxygen. We end the class with relaxation and visualisations, which may help hormone balance and releasing fears. In order to give every pregnant women sufficient individual assistance, the class is taught in small groups, Tuesday and Thursday at 18:30, and Friday 11:00 (could be taught in English). Find time for yourselves, exercise, relax, share experiences with other pregnant women and build a completely new connection to your baby. You may start practising Prenatal yoga after week 12 of your pregnancy. We advise you to consult your obstetrician before you start exercising.
