Basic Flow je Vinyasa Flow sat namijenjen početnicima i svima koji se žele podsjetiti detalja bitnih za osnovne i napredne prakse. Posebna pozornost se posvećuje disanju, i to specifičnom načinu disanja u dinamičkoj yogi, nazvanom ujjayi disanje, te pravilnom pozicioniranju tijela kako bi pokret bio što lakši i fluidniji, te kako bi se izbjegle bilo kakve ozljede koje nastaju nepažnjom i brzanjem. Ovaj sat je idealna baza za sve kasnije manje i više napredne satove.

Basic flow is a Vinyasa Flow class for beginners and everyone who wants to remind themselves of the relevant details of the basic as well as advanced practice. Special attention is paid to breathing. In particular, to a specific type of breathing used in dynamic yoga, called the ujjayi breath, and to the correct body positions that render the movement more natural and fluid, in order to avoid any type of injury due to lack of attention and pace. This class represents an ideal basis for all later more or less advanced classes.
